1) Return & Exchange Window
You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. It usually takes 5–7 working days for the returned product to reach us after the pickup is arranged.
We offer easy reverse pickup services. A nominal Rs. 99 return shipping fee per order will be deducted at the time of return or exchange. This is a flat fee per order, not per item.
2) Item Condition
Returned items must be in their original state – unused, unwashed, tags intact, and packed in the original packaging as received.
3) Re-shipping Charges
For any second-time delivery or re-shipping (including exchanges), a Rs. 99 shipping charge is applicable. Alternatively, you can choose to self-ship your item back to us.
4) Final Sale Items
Items purchased during sale events, clearance offers, or bundle/automatic discounts are not eligible for return.
However, we will be happy to assist with a size exchange, subject to availability.
(A Rs. 99 reverse shipping fee will apply to size exchange requests on discounted items.)
5) Refunds & Store Credit
We issue store credits in place of monetary refunds.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders are eligible only for exchanges, not for returns.
6) Use of Discount Codes
Using a promo or discount code does not classify the item as final sale. Return/exchange eligibility is based on whether the item was originally part of a sale or special promotion.
7) No Returns on Special Sales
Products bought during exclusive events like CRED sales or limited-time promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@zwerld.in with your order details. We'll try our best to stop the order before it's processed.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?
Step 1: Ensure the item is unused, with tags and original packaging.
Step 2: Visit our Returns Portal at: https://www.zwerld.in/returns
Step 3: Our team will arrange a pickup in 3–5 working days.

For exchanges, the replacement will be shipped once the request is processed.

For returns, refunds will be issued post quality check upon receiving the product.
